We bought a house! (almost--- haven't closed yet)

This is our street as seen from the park across form the house

dining room to right of door
window to right of door
living room to left of door
window to left of door
walls seem brighter to me in the picture, maybe not though
nursery
3rd bedroom/office, lots of closets/ actual wood, not cheap paneling
Kitchen was completely redone last year. Really nice cabinets, corian countertops...
pantry on right has pull out shelves/drawer type things, lazy susan in corner
backyard/deck (obviously) property goes back to second birdhouse (you can see it if you click on the picture)
main basement room, Full basement is being used as storage/ gym / air hockey/ laundry (1300 square feet down here!)

laundry room is through doorway, lots of storage shelves staying

Across the street park (click on it--very cool playground)

How Fun!!! I love the integrity and character older homes have. Matt will be so successful as a family practitionar. He was made for that. O love the nursery and I love the huge yard. I know your new adventure is totally awaiting you!

Looks awesome! How nice to finally stop paying rent and start having your money go towards a place of your own. I guess we are the only ones left out of the buying a house trend... oh well... Congrats to you! I hope we can make it out there and visit sometime.

Congrats on your new home. It will be fun for you to move in and put your own touch and personality in it. The park across the street looks wonderful! When Jack gets a little older you will have to keep him on a dog retractor so he won't leave your house or yard and go over there un-announced :)

Love, Aunt Shauna

The best part of buying a house is the garageful of tools you have to buy to take care of it. I loving owning my own shovel and lawnmower. That palyground is huge! Congratulations on a great find.

Mindy & Matt - I love the house! Wish it was several hundred miles closer to Sandy, but we are excited for you. You guys are going to have sooo much room to spread out. Jackson will love going to the park. Congratulations!

Congrats you guys on your first house. One day maybe we will join you. What an AWESOME park across the street. Good luck with the big move, and the closing of the purchase.

I don't think anything you buy is as exciting as buying a house! It's fun to move in and call it your own. Plus, it's nice to be settled..I'm happy for your little fam :)
